We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Lakewood, NJ. In this on-site role, you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic business decisions across the company by leveraging financial data, building models, and producing insightful reports. Partner with Management to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI Perform detailed analysis using SQL and Excel to support data-driven decisions Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide real-time financial insights Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting tools, and performance metrics Support monthly close with variance analysis and KPI tracking Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or an analytical finance role Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas) Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL ERP system experience required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments Work Environment
This is a full-time on-site position in Lakewood, New Jersey. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be involved in high-impact projects across the business.
