Fidelity Investments . We are looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join us. You will be a key member on Scrum teams within Digital Platforms Technology, gaining understanding of all components of our web applications and working with the squad to deliver customer experience solutions. You will partner across a diverse group of roles and provide guidance and mentoring to other Developers. Responsibilities

As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will: Collaborate with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Architects to craft, build, test, and deliver features for Fidelity’s Digital experiences. Gain understanding of the components of our web applications and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Provide guidance and mentoring to other Developers. Qualifications

Full stack software engineering experience (8+ years); experience in financial services applications is a plus BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required Ability to communicate technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features Client-side proficiency: Angular 14+, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, Jasmine/Karma Server-side/mid-tier proficiency: Java EE, Apache Tomcat, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, Logback, SLF4j, Maven Understanding of Agile software development methodology Ability to decompose complex business problems into scalable solutions Knowledge of modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies Commitment to object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful services, secure development, and test coverage The Team

Fidelity’s Workplace Solutions (WS) Digital Platforms Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports WS’s Digital products and services. The team emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement, delivering tools and experiences using Java-based technologies. You will support digital experience scrum teams within Stock Plan Services, an emerging equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments. Employment details
