At Sony Pictures Entertainment, our mission is to meet audiences where they are and drive awareness, engagement and fandom across our rich and diverse movie and TV content portfolio. We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our creative and strategic team, helping us nurture and expand our network of channels and pages on platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. You will interface with multiple stakeholders across the studio, oversee outside vendors, and liaise with representatives from online platforms. You will collaborate with strategy, marketing, and analytics teams to discover opportunities, optimize existing channels, and activate around moments that draw fans into our network.
Responsibilities
Digital channel strategy, programming, launch and ongoing management & curation.
Forming digital strategy and planning activations to guide growth across a portfolio of channels.
Audience development and content curation from a fan-first perspective; selecting titles from Sony’s catalog and collaborating with marketing/brand teams.
Distilling social media analytics (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) into actionable insights to inform programming, marketing, and sales efforts.
Building presentations and storytelling decks to communicate opportunities to stakeholders studio-wide.
Collaborating cross-functionally with brand, digital marketing, legal, sales, creative teams, and vendor partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of social video marketing experience; YouTube certification a plus but not required
Commercial marketing experience with P&L or budgeting responsibility
Experience with content curation on social media and video platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok preferred)
Proficiency in distilling insights from YouTube and Meta analytics; exposure to TikTok analytics
Strong multi-stakeholder project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills; strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to develop relationships and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
A deep passion for film, television, and media
The anticipated base salary for this position is $91K to $118K. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, education, certifications, and location.
