Required Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations Ability to leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and inspire action to help clients progress toward goals Openness to manage wealth on behalf of clients including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve Passion for community engagement to discuss market conditions, investing principles, and long-term strategies Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience and pursue professional development in Wealth Management Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.
