As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients. Grow practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Work in a team setting and deliver client-focused financial guidance. Required Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required. Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as required during tenure. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships and deepen client trust and engagement. Ability to leverage Schwab specialists, guidelines, market knowledge, and action-oriented guidance to help clients reach goals. Openness to manage wealth including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning. Adaptability to market and business changes. Passion for community engagement and sharing investing principles with clients. Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience while pursuing professional development in Wealth Management. Compliance: SAFE Act requirements for residential loan mortgage originations; registration with the NMLS registry and background check as applicable. What’s in it for you / Benefits
