Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients. Help clients own their financial futures by delivering financial guidance and building lasting relationships based on trust and shared goals. Grow your practice over time through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals. Collaborate with a team of Schwab specialists and leverage Schwab advice guidelines to support clients’ progress toward their goals. Required Qualifications
A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license during tenure Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build strong relationships, engage clients, and deepen relationships through focused client communication and exceeding expectations Willingness to leverage the team, guidelines, market knowledge, and ability to inspire action for client goals Open to managing wealth for clients across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Adaptability to market and business condition changes Passion for community engagement and sharing investing principles and long-term strategies Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience while pursuing professional development in Wealth Management As required by SAFE Act, register with the NMLS registry for residential loan mortgage originations and complete background checks What’s in it for you
