Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Management: Establish and document clear and efficient talent acquisition processes, workflows, and best practices for the US. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all vacancies within Regal’s US Theatre Support Office (TSO) including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, HR, Film, IT and Real Estate departments. This includes understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating the initial onboarding. Includes general administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Proactive and Reactive Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that include proactive outreach to passive candidates via various channels and efficient management of active applicants from job boards, social media, referrals, and the company careers website.

Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit against requirements and Regal’s core values. Build talent pipelines to ensure multiple suitable candidates are available.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job descriptions and candidate profiles, and coach on recruitment processes and interview techniques.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare materials and question banks, and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams, gathering feedback.

Candidate Experience Advocacy: Ensure a positive candidate experience, provide timely communication and constructive feedback, and act as a brand ambassador.

Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage the Careers Website to display up-to-date vacancies, using compelling copywriting to maximize attraction and represent culture.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support: Manage the offer process and collaborate with HR on onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, stay informed about industry trends and market salary rates, and provide updates to stakeholders.

Support for Cinema Recruitment: Assist cinema teams with difficult-to-fill roles when needed.

Deliver Critical Business Projects: Lead projects that improve candidate experience and long-term capability development.

Requirements

Proven in-house, direct-hire recruitment experience across all levels, from entry to leadership and executive roles

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques and market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Consultative approach with experience in challenging and influencing effectively, partnering with leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for specialist, hard-to-fill roles quickly

Confident working autonomously and passionate about a people-centric approach to talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment

Comfort recruiting across a variety of corporate business areas, understanding when to apply reactive fast-paced execution or a strategic approach

Proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to building a strong foundation for talent acquisition in the US
