As CMO, you’ll define and execute a holistic marketing strategy to propel the company’s growth. Responsibilities include brand development, demand generation, customer acquisition, and product marketing. You will own the full marketing lifecycle with autonomy and scope to make a significant impact. You’ll build and lead a world-class marketing team and shape the company’s market position, product messaging, and customer experience. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a data-informed, scalable marketing strategy across brand, digital, performance, product, and customer lifecycle. Manage brand identity and storytelling to ensure consistency and resonance. Oversee demand generation campaigns including SEO, paid search, social, email, and content marketing. Lead product marketing, launch strategies, and market positioning for successful go-to-market execution. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Define KPIs and oversee marketing analytics to track performance and optimize ROI. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing with revenue goals. Implement marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reporting. Skills and Experience
Required 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, preferably in high-growth B2B or B2C environments. Proven success in brand-building and demand generation. Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing. Experience building and scaling marketing teams. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Bonus Skills Background in e-commerce, live events, or media is a plus. Experience in a global or multi-market environment. Passion for data, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with product-led growth models. Package
Salary:
$350,000 – $400,000 + Bonus + Equity Location:
