RiVidium Inc RiVidium Inc. is seeking a skilled GRC Infrastructure Administrator with experience managing system infrastructure for Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, including RSA Archer. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of the GRC environment across development, test, and production tiers in a federal IT setting. Responsibilities
Maintain and support the GRC platform infrastructure (RSA Archer) across Dev, Test, and Production environments. Manage operating systems, services, and software updates in lab and production environments. Work closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage backups, restore procedures, and maintain database health. Respond to support tickets and resolve infrastructure-related issues affecting GRC system performance. Implement and manage access controls, system monitoring, and automated alerts to track resource usage and uptime. Follow established change management protocols and ensure alignment with release schedules. Support vulnerability remediation efforts in accordance with security directives (IPSO). Coordinate with integration teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for API traffic and OSCAL documentation support. Maintain version-controlled configuration documentation using tools like SharePoint for audit readiness. Ensure infrastructure compliance with FedRAMP, RMF, and system authorization requirements. Support infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud-hosted environments. Maintain familiarity with Section 508 compliance as it relates to infrastructure components. Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing infrastructure for enterprise GRC platforms, including RSA Archer. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise backup systems. Experience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure troubleshooting in a federal IT environment. Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST RMF, and government compliance standards. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. Adhere to the Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies. Ensure that all changes to production environments follow Change Control Board (CCB) processes, with proper risk analysis and rollback planning. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications
