Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
Proactively manage complex calendars
Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and proof correspondence, presentations, and reports with high accuracy
Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and time-sensitive information
Anticipate needs and provide seamless support across shifting priorities
Assist with deal and portfolio tracking documentation, ensuring timely updates and professional formatting
Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across the firm to ensure aligned support and continuity during executive travel
Support team logistics and help drive consistency in communications and scheduling across the practice
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity or financial services
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
Proven ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment
