Overview

Our client, a leading venture capital firm specializing in early-stage and pre-seed investments, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Founder (also a General Partner) and another General Partner. This maternity leave coverage role is for approximately 4–6 months, ensuring seamless operations for two of the firm’s key leaders during a critical time. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted partner to two high-profile executives, managing schedules, handling sensitive communications, and coordinating critical activities that keep the leadership team and firm running smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and thrives in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of venture capital. Location & Terms:

Hybrid, 4–6 month contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $55/hr. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder/General Partner and a second General Partner. Manage complex calendars, including internal and external meetings, investor calls, and portfolio company interactions. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, agendas, and logistics. Act as a point of contact between executives, investors, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders. Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and investor communications. Anticipate executives’ needs, ensuring priorities are addressed and deadlines met. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest discretion. Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned. Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, ideally in venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth investment environment. Strong calendar management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
