Overview
Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney (Bellevue). This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bellevue, WA. Base pay range is $170,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr. The firm is a well-established personal injury practice and is open to candidates with backgrounds in medical malpractice or premises liability. You will handle cases from inception through trial and work towards securing justice for clients. What You'll Do
Manage a full caseload from case filing to trial Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations Draft and argue motions and briefs Prepare for and litigate jury trials Collaborate with a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to develop case strategies Communicate with and advise clients throughout the legal process What You'll Bring
A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice, or premises liability Proven track record of first-chair trial experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and courtroom presence A compassionate and client-focused approach Active bar membership in Washington Compensation and Benefits
