We are seeking a highly motivated Integrations and Testing Engineer to support final acceptance testing of chillers manufactured on-site. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in testing, troubleshooting, and validating systems prior to shipment. You will work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance with all specifications. Responsibilities

Perform acceptance and design verification testing, burn-in, and temperature tests following established procedures and engineering guidance Complete all required acceptance test forms, internal travelers, and work order documentation Collect data both manually and electronically using data acquisition equipment, and prepare charts/tables in Excel and other software tools Troubleshoot new production units in detail to ensure performance and compliance Review engineering and manufacturing documentation for the accuracy of unit completion Conduct critical inspections (visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and functional) on components, assemblies, and systems per company guidelines Execute Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) to verify apparatus and equipment performance using mechanical and electrical test equipment Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience testing machinery or equipment Minimum 2 years of electrical troubleshooting experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on work with pumping systems or similar equipment Minimum 2 years of experience with data acquisition equipment Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proficiency with test equipment (Data Acquisition Devices, Amp Clamp, Multimeter, TC Reader) Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications
