to lead and scale our growth strategy across all service lines and regional branches. This executive-level position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, sales strategy, and market expansion for both entities as we continue to grow our footprint across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and beyond. This leader will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth initiatives, managing key relationships, and fostering strategic partnerships that align with our mission to deliver premium building envelope solutions in roofing, masonry, waterproofing, and sheet metal services. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Expansion Develop and lead a unified business development strategy that supports the growth goals of both Greenwood Industries, GRS, and TWC Phoenix. Identify emerging markets and high-value opportunities in alignment with company expansion plans. Drive branch-level business development efforts by supporting localized sales teams and regional leadership. Sales Leadership & Market Development Set and oversee performance targets for the sales organization across all branches and service divisions. Work in partnership with estimating, marketing, and operations to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Cultivate a pipeline of high-value opportunities across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets. Client & Partner Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with high-level decision makers, repeat clients, and strategic partners. Oversee key accounts and client success initiatives to ensure long-term retention and growth. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences nationwide. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing business development team across regional branches. Coach branch-level sales staff and reinforce a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration. Market Intelligence & Analytics Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform business strategies. Monitor KPIs and generate reports for executive leadership, adjusting strategy based on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with real-time sales data and regional goals. Operational & Budget Oversight Develop and manage the business development operating budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Coordinate with finance and leadership to assess ROI on business development initiatives. Innovation & Technology Integration Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness. Champion CRM adoption (FollowUp CRM) across departments to streamline client engagement and forecasting. Greenwood Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
