Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures. Promotes credit and loyalty programs. Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback; adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Supports shrink reduction programs and participates in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For
