Assist in the planning and execution of various corporate and social events Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs Manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services Support the marketing team with the promotion of events through social media and other channels Gather feedback from attendees and clients post-event for continuous improvement Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Benefits
