In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in organizing a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs.
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and activities Help manage event registration and participant communication Support logistics related to venue setup and breakdown Coordinate with vendors for catering, audio-visual, and other services Maintain event calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications:
Recent graduate or equivalent experience in event management or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required Benefits:
