You will join Sia Partners’ Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Resilience Global Business Line and work on one or more offers across Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data Protection, Offensive Security, Resilience and Training, in Consulting, Implementation and Audit. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects or sub-projects of complex and/or international scope, ensuring proactive and regular reporting to the Manager and Client to meet commitments. Contribute to business development through the design and development of commercial proposals and by identifying new opportunities and clients. Manage client relationships on missions, building solid contacts at middle management level who recognize you as an expert for your tasks. Oversee the management of consultants on missions or internal projects, acting as a reference for the Manager/Senior Manager on follow-up, deliverable validation, and achievement evaluation, while developing team soft and hard skills. Contribute to internal development of the firm, including innovation within the Sia CyberLab and development of new offers and SaaS solutions around advanced technologies; conduct benchmarks and PoCs and monitor cyber news. Contribute to the firm’s eminence in Cybersecurity by actively participating in the publication plan (articles, white papers, studies, webinars) and representing the firm at professional clubs, trade shows and events. Qualifications

Operational Skills

Graduated with a Cybersecurity degree or related field from an accredited college/university; at least 3 years of experience with a consulting firm or a cybersecurity solutions/services provider/integrator. Familiar with cybersecurity standards, norms, and reference systems (e.g., ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST). Experience on projects where you developed knowledge of at least two of the eight offerings listed. General knowledge of IP networks, operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows, MacOS), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), applications (Web Server, DB, Middleware), and cryptography; knowledge in Blockchain is a plus. Familiar with major market solutions and technologies including Endpoint Security, VPN, VSX, Proxy/Reverse Proxy, EDR, IAM, MDM, DLP, CASB, Office 365 Security, etc. Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, OSCE, OSEE, OSCP, OSWE, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CISM, C-CISO, CISA, SANS SECXXX, CEH, LTP, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT, GCFE, GCIA, ISO 27001 LI/LA, ISO 27005 RM, ISO 22301 LI/LA, AWS Certified Security; note that an exception is possible for high-potential profiles who will join the internal Cyber Training program for certification preparation. We provide a flexible workplace environment to support client, business, and market needs. Consultants in primary market offices (New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, San Francisco) should live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For consultants outside these markets, in-person requirements can be more flexible based on location. Work Authorization & Sponsorship
