Overview
Product Manager (Instore Media experience is a must) Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of In-Store Media product offerings, focusing on enhancing the shopper experience and unlocking new revenue streams through digital signage, smart displays, audio networks, interactive kiosks, and other on-premises engagement technologies. What Youll Do
Define the product vision and strategy for in-store media experiences. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration for solutions such as digital screens, in-aisle signage, smart carts, shelf-edge displays, and in-store audio systems. Collaborate with Ad Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Engineering to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions. Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs) and roadmaps. Partner with AdTech and Martech teams to enable targeted and measurable in-store advertising. Leverage customer insights, market research, and analytics to drive product decisions and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with privacy and data use regulations in an in-store context. Evaluate and partner with technology vendors, CMS providers, and hardware integrators as needed. Track performance metrics and iterate quickly to improve ad effectiveness and shopper engagement. What You Know
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in in-store media, retail technology, or AdTech. Proven experience delivering customer-facing or advertiser-facing solutions in omnichannel retail environments. Strong understanding of store operations, shopper behavior, and how digital experiences can enhance physical retail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with hardware and software teams; knowledge of digital signage platforms, IoT devices, and content scheduling systems is a plus. Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Tableau, Google Analytics, and product analytics platforms. Education
Bachelors degree required; MBA or technical background preferred. Benefits
