Join a leading metal stamping facility in Lebanon, TN as a Die Setter. You'll be responsible for setting up dies, fixtures, and assemblies to keep production running smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities: Set up dies and fixtures using overhead cranes and forklifts. Perform routine machine setups and lubrication. Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Qualifications: Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, and press setups. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Schedule & Location: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM1:15 PM (currently 3:00 AM start with OT) 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM9:00 PM (currently 11:00 PM end with OT) Location: Lebanon, TN Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.50/hr.
