This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Representatives engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, respond to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Successful representatives will resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels while staying informed on product features and upholding the store’s visual and quality standards. Customer interactions may include working with minors, and representatives will handle cash, electronic payments, personal information, and store merchandise. Given this access, a review of criminal history is necessary to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. The individual in this position will work at various stores within 5-10 miles of our primary location: 747 W. Cypress St. Kennett Sq, PA 19348. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
