Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will connect with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will answer inquiries about our products and recommend the right solutions, ensuring a satisfying customer experience. As a key part of our store operations, you will help resolve customer concerns and stay informed about our product features, contributing to both customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals. Part-Time Opportunity The selected candidate will work at Store #7231, located at 663 W. Warner Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85233. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up visually appealing displays. Perform cleaning of store equipment and assist with deliveries when required. Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with control procedures. Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and suggest improvements to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Physical ability to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
