Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer queries about our products, and recommend optimal solutions. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and efficiently while actively contributing to the store's sales goals. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction. Assist customers in-store and over the phone to identify their needs and present appropriate products. Develop productive relationships with wholesale and retail clients. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications. Keep store areas clean and well-maintained. Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as required. Remain knowledgeable of product offerings to effectively assist customers. Comply with inventory control measures. Contribute ideas to enhance sales and customer experience. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the region without sponsorship. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience with selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
