As a full-time employee with a starting salary of $17.50, you'll work up to 40 hours per week, benefiting from a supportive environment that encourages learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in person and via phone, identifying their needs and offering suitable products.
Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers for trust and loyalty.
Accurately process sales transactions and uphold company policies.
Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain organized work orders and product formulas.
Prepare orders by pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications.
Restock shelves and creatively set up product displays.
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of store equipment.
Handle deliveries and maintain inventory effectively.
Consistently enhance the sales process and suggest improvements.
Stay knowledgeable about products and engage customers in discussions about options.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for work visa status.
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
Experience selling paint and related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
