Commercial Construction Project Manager | Baltimore, MD | Up to $110K + Vehicle Allowance + Performance Bonus

Your new role
As a Project Manager, you'll be working alongside a Sr. PM on a $30M demolition and ground-up rebuild of a school. This project is currently underway with an expected completion date of August 2026. You will be on site every day.
After completion of the project, you will oversee 2-3 smaller projects or 1-2 larger ones, depending on scope and budget. You'll work from the office five days a week, with regular site visits once a week.
What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, Ground-Up experience is preferred Ability to be on-site at the project location in Severn, MD 5 days a week Strong understanding of project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage 1-3 projects at a time What you'll get in return
