Top-tier international law firm seeks a Litigation E-filing Specialist to support the firms West Coast litigation practice. The role is remote but may require in-office presence in Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco. Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Filing, service and retrieval of court documents; E-filing in federal, state, appellate courts Maintain and update related databases; process incoming court documents; check dockets for updates Communicate with court personnel and attorneys regarding proper filing procedures Proficient with court filings and rules of court; understanding of California court docketing and calendaring Experience with federal, state and local court systems and electronic filing systems (e.g., NexGen, PACER) and rules-based calendaring software (CourtAlert, CompuLaw, MA3000) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Remote position with potential in-office requirement; able to commute to Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco Salary range is $105k-$115k depending on experience Seniority
