We're seeking a driven

Business Development Manager

to spearhead growth initiatives within the polymer sectorprimarily targeting ABS markets. This role focuses on generating new revenue streams, penetrating strategic accounts, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key industries. Focus on acquiring new clients, with an emphasis on ABS market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives. Lead the sales process from initial pitch to contract closure, managing complex decision-making cycles. Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop customized, solution-oriented proposals. Track pipeline activity and performance metrics using CRM tools. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Polymer Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales, business development, or key account management experience. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentalitymotivated, self-driven, and resourceful. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with both technical and commercial audiences. Background in industrial, chemical, or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus. Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%), including overnight stays, as required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Role may be performed onsite or remotely, based on company needs. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods.
