Sales Manager

for our North America business operation. This role shall report to the Global Sales Head, Contract Manufacturing Business based out of Dubai, UAE and Global BU Head-ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) based in Mumbai-India. What Youll do as a Business Development Manager - APDO, Skin & Hair Care Role Purpose:

Building To lead the Antiperspirant/Deodorant (APDO), skin care, and hair care categories. In this role, youll own the strategy, the pipeline, and the relationships that drive our market share in North America and beyond. Lead Category Growth

Develop and execute multi-year business development plans for APDO and personal care products, targeting high-potential markets, accounts, and channels. Build an optimal product mix and go-to-market strategy to capture share and grow margins. Build & Close High-Value Deals

Identify, nurture, and convert a strong sales pipeline with leading brands and contract manufacturing opportunities. Turn prospects into long-term, profitable partnerships. Drive Innovation Visibility

Host Innovation Days with strategic customers, showcasing our R&D capabilities, formulation expertise, and sustainable manufacturing. Represent VVF at major beauty and personal care industry events. Use Insights to Win

Develop data-driven strategies rooted in market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor intelligence to stay ahead of the curve and uncover white-space opportunities. Collaborate for Breakthrough Launches

Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and ESG teams to deliver compliant, high-quality, and sustainable products. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure speed-to-market and flawless execution. Maximize Commercial Impact

Shape pricing, packaging, and margin strategies that drive profitability without sacrificing competitiveness. Lead distributor and key account management to deliver long-term value. Deliver Exceptional Client Experience

Ensure a seamless journey for every customerfrom concept to product launch to ongoing business growth. Lead & Inspire

Guide a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Whats Required: Minimum 7 years of experience in personal care or FMCG industry, with a proven track record in B2B sales Proven account management experience in an FMCG/ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) business model. Strong business finance acumen, with expertise in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to win and grow our business.
