Utah Non Profit Housing Corporation is the manager of the UHPF and has nearly 60 year of experience in Utah developing affordable housing. Position Summary UHPF is bringing asset management in-house and seeking a Multifamily Asset Manager to lead this function. This role will be central in shaping UHPFs asset management practices and ensuring our portfolio is both financially strong and delivering meaningful resident impact. The Multifamily Asset Manager will oversee property performance, compliance, and reporting; support recapitalizations and refinancing efforts; and collaborate closely with third-party property managers, vendors, and the Fund Manager. This position offers high autonomy, the chance to innovate, and an opportunity to grow into a leadership role as UHPF expands. Key Responsibilities

Ongoing: Manage financial and impact reporting for investors, state partners, and internal stakeholders. Ongoing: Monitor property-level budgets, NOI, and performance against benchmarks. Ongoing: Partner with property management to analyze operations, identify improvements, and ensure strong occupancy and resident experience. Ongoing: Oversee compliance with affordability covenants, state regulations, and deed restrictions. Quarterly / Annually: Complete property tax exemption renewals and regulatory filings. Quarterly / Annually: Lead site visits and physical inspections to evaluate property conditions and capital needs. Quarterly / Annually: Support recapitalization, refinancing, and project-level restructuring in collaboration with the Fund Manager and Investment Committee. Quarterly / Annually: Help identify and implement asset management software to track portfolio performance and resident outcomes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieving property budget goals and financial stability. Maintaining affordability compliance across the portfolio. Confirmed through annual audit. Measurable improvements in property environment, operations, and resident impact. Qualifications

28 years of experience in asset management, underwriting, acquisitions, or related multifamily housing roles. Strong financial and analytical skills; expert-level proficiency in Excel required. Experience with property management or asset management software preferred. Familiarity with Utahs affordable housing landscape strongly valued. Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field Who Thrives Here
