Must pass a criminal background Fingerprint check upon hire. *Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future A leading higher education customer is seeking an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and adoption of Oracle Cloud applications. This role requires a blend of functional expertise and technical skills, with a strong focus on understanding business processes, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Cloud to meet institutional needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across stakeholders in both IT and business units, providing guidance on best practices, integrations, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure Oracle Cloud modules accordingly. Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, or Financials), ensuring system design aligns with organizational goals. Act as a solutions architect by evaluating current processes and recommending improvements within the Oracle Cloud environment. Perform system configurations, testing, and validation for new features, modules, and upgrades. Partner with developers on integrations, reporting, and custom solutions where required. Assist with cutover, adoption, and stabilization of new modules or enhancements. Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM in a techno-functional or solutions analyst role. Proven expertise configuring Oracle Cloud applications (Financials, HCM, Payroll, Procurement, or related modules). Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical components (integrations, reporting, troubleshooting). Experience acting as a liaison between IT and business units, ensuring solutions meet operational needs. Preferred: Prior experience in the Higher Education industry, with knowledge of academic business processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
