Must pass a criminal background Fingerprint check upon hire Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Oracle EPM projects Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM projects Demonstrated change management experience; formal OCM certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) highly desirable Proven success managing full lifecycle EPM implementations (Cloud EPM or on-prem Hyperion) Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARCS) or Hyperion equivalents Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and reporting processes Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory Experience with integration tools (FDMEE, ODI, EPM Automate) and data migration strategies Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and FP&A workflows Prior consulting experience with Oracle implementation partners GTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
