Technical Project Lead

At Bolt Graphics, you will plan and supervise sprints, effectively balancing ambitious long-term product objectives with the immediate demands of project velocity. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain processes to measure and manage project scope throughout its lifecycle. Develop and enforce quality and performance benchmarks. Communicate project outcomes and associated risks effectively to management. Allocate and monitor resources to ensure maximized project velocity and efficiency. Essential Skills 5+ years of project management experience, ideally leading teams of 10 or more. 2+ years of proven success in delivering projects on time and within scope. Exceptional attention to detail. Expertise in coordinating complex product development across cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills for engaging with engineers, executives, and other stakeholders. Outstanding presentation abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with managing projects in C++ or Python. A background in coaching team members to enhance their skills and abilities. Government clearance is a plus.
