What Youll Do
Engineer and Manage Touchless Endpoints : Lead second- and third-level support for Windows 11 and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager, focusing on zero-touch deployment and mobile device management (MDM). Automate with Intelligence : Create and implement fully automated workflows for device provisioning, patching, and remediation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and orchestration platforms such as Okta Workflows. Build Proactive Support Systems : Utilize tools like NinjaOne, TeamViewer, and Microsoft 365 to deliver fast, invisible support and continuous endpoint optimization. Support Productivity Platforms : Provide advanced support for collaboration and access systems including Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel), Google Workspace, Zoom Rooms, and Verkada Access Control. Drive Infrastructure Efficiency : Design and maintain patch management and monitoring processes across distributed environments using insights from Fortinet FortiClient, Salesforce, and Freshservice. Apply Industry Standards : Integrate ITIL v3+ service operations practices to enhance consistency, security, and service quality. Key Technologies You'll Work With

3+ years of IT infrastructure support with strong expertise in modern endpoint and mobile device management Experience with zero-touch deployment, device lifecycle automation, and proactive endpoint monitoring Strong foundation in computing, networking, and IT infrastructure concepts Deep understanding of Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Azure AD, and Apple device ecosystems Proficient in scripting and automation tools: PowerShell, Python Familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, and Meraki networking equipment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert highly valued Why Apply?
