This role is vital to the success of our retail team. Customer Service Specialists engage closely with our customers, both wholesale and retail, to identify their needs, answer their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Our specialists are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum satisfaction, all while staying informed about product features and upholding the visual and quality standards of the store. Achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals is essential.
As this position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and valuable store merchandise, a review of criminal history is required to protect the safety of our customers, staff, and the overall integrity of the company.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of store # 703364, located at 7950 Crain Highway, Glen Burnie, MD, 21061.

Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment. Load/unload delivery trucks. Assist in making deliveries as required. Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials, frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service position. Previous sales experience with paint and paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in more than one language. Ability to communicate in Spanish.
