This role is crucial to the success of our retail stores. Retail Customer Service Representatives engage with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. They are dedicated to resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring maximum satisfaction, while also staying informed about product features and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. Achieving outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales goals are paramount in this position.
Job duties will involve direct customer interactions, including minors, and may involve unsupervised access to cash transactions, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. To safeguard our reputation and the well-being of our customers, staff, and the community, background checks are required.
The selected candidate will be expected to work at stores within a 10-mile radius of store # 705043, located at: 7566 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Assist customers in-store and via phone by understanding their needs and guiding them to suitable products.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
Process sales accurately, following all company policies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
Select products from the sales floor or warehouse per customer requests.
Mix and tint products to meet specifications.
Restock shelves and set up appealing product displays.
Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained.
Assist with delivery tasks as required.
Maintain organized and presentable store areas.
Stay updated on product information and available choices.
Follow inventory control procedures diligently.
Propose methods to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Experience with paint and related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
