About the Role
We are seeking a talented
Staff RTL Design Engineer
to join a cutting-edge team dedicated to advancing ultra-low-power semiconductor technologies. This role provides the opportunity to work on innovative projects that will drive the next generation of intelligent devices, delivering high-quality digital designs for modern SoC modules. As a
Staff RTL Design Engineer , you'll play a critical role in designing, verifying, and optimizing SoC architectures to meet power, performance, and area (PPA) targets while collaborating with a talented team of engineers across disciplines.
Responsibilities Architecture Development: Define and explore SoC module architectures and micro-architectures. Identify, evaluate, and integrate third-party IPs into SoC designs. RTL Design and Implementation: Develop RTL code for IPs and SoCs using Verilog. Perform tool-based quality checks (LINT, CDC, RDC) and resolve issues. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with verification and FPGA teams to develop and execute test plans. Collaborate with the Physical Design team to meet timing and power targets. Support silicon bring-up and validation activities. Process Improvement: Develop robust methodologies to ensure pre-tapeout quality for digital SoC modules. Contribute to continuous process enhancements that optimize efficiency and quality. Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SoC design, development, and troubleshooting. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of current and emerging SoC design technologies. Expertise in Verilog and RTL development for IPs and SoCs. Strong experience in SoC timing and power optimization Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to architect and guide technical programs across a broad range of engineering areas. Proven ability to lead implementations and positively impact project outputs. Problem Solving and Innovation: Creative and resourceful with the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
