Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Data Architect for a Contract job with a client in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, data quality, and performance optimization. This role is critical to ensuring scalable and compliant data architecture across enterprise systems.
Compensation
Rate Range: $53.03/hour to $68.18/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models to support enterprise applications.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and standards.
- Monitor and improve data quality across systems and sources.
- Optimize performance of data pipelines and queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in data modeling and architecture.
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance practices.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay Details: $53.03 to $68.18 per hour
