QwikResponse is seeking a Mitigation Project Director in Santa Barbara.
Responsibilities
- Initial Contact: Oversee response to incoming calls, accurate lead detail entry into DASH, and timely assignment of leads to the Mitigation Team.
- Customer Communication & Dispatch: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage dispatch to project sites, and oversee recording of on-site activities in DASH.
- On-site Procedures: Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements, supervise site preparation and mitigation processes, and oversee transition to reconstruction projects.
- Estimation & Billing: Collaborate with estimators for timely estimate delivery and manage invoice creation and distribution.
- Collections: Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in DASH software and MICA Water Mitigation software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong computer and software skills.
- IRCC certification or equivalent industry-standard certification.
- Work Environment: This position involves a combination of office and field work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
