Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for program management, operations and student services for Questrom MS in Finance and MS in Mathematical Finance and Technology programs.
- Support the other Questrom Specialty Masters degree programs.
- Report to the Finance Masters Program Director and work closely with the Masters and PhD program staff.
- Maintain and enhance the student experiences for a growing enrollment of Finance Master degree students that will reach 300 full-time students within the next three years.
- Manage program management, operations, academic student support and student events such as orientation and community building events.
- Be assigned other projects related to all graduate students and share in general administrative responsibilities as a member of the Masters & PhD Center team.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- One to three years of experience in counseling, student services or higher education administration.
- Prior event planning experience preferred.
- Some evening and occasional weekend work required.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required.
