At Regions, the Software Quality Assurance (QA) Lead supports the application development organization by providing support for the test strategy, testing approach and resource needs. The QA Lead supports functional and non-functional testing coordination and tracking for the project or application under test. This role may serve as a lead for various team sizes and applications throughout Regions, contributing to technical skill and knowledge development. Primary Responsibilities

Lead Regions projects from a QA standpoint working closely with the project manager, Application Development teams, Business Units, Compliance, Risk and Audit Coordinate testing activities, along with resource and funding requirements Design the test strategy and test planning for the project or application Coordinate test planning, creation, and execution Provide test management guidance Select test management tools and coordinate onboarding, training, and optimal utilization Partner with Test Automation team and provide updates about the project Define and track quality assurance metrics for the project Create and publish quality assurance reports for the project Capture project quality assurance health score Define and manage defect workflow Influence teams to implement quality assurance best practices Adhere to software testing standards Assist in onboarding quality assurance talent for projects (onsite/offshore) Review and manage vendor contracts and provide input Assist in onboarding external resources Prepare a transition plan for automation efforts for ongoing support Assist in preparing roadmap for projects after closure Remain abreast of testing trends Serve as a subject matter expert This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field and six (6) years of quality or related experience Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of quality or related experience Preferences

Project management experience Familiarity with Regions testing standards Working knowledge of software implementation methodologies Working knowledge of test automation Working knowledge of test case design and strategy Working knowledge of test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest, Jira, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Working knowledge of Tosca, Selenium Skills And Competencies

Ability to adapt to change Ability to collaborate with other team members and teams Ability to research, analyze data, and derive data-driven solutions Demonstrated leadership capabilities Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) Proficiency in Software Testing concepts Strong priority management skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation This position is onsite, with in-office requirements several days per week. The manager will set the work schedule. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position; relocation would be at the candidates expense. Position Type

Pay ranges are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and performance influence pay. The target information below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the location and position level. Job Range Target:
