Ralph Lauren is seeking an analytical, organized, and collaborative Product Manager to join the Global Product Management & User Research team. This role will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and performance of key digital products and capabilities for Ralph Lauren's global digital business. The role brings together commercial, technology, user experience, and marketing partners to devise, define, and deliver products that drive business and customer objectives. Experience with e-commerce, end-to-end digital consumer experiences, and order management solutions is required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, innovative, and data-driven. Responsibilities
Provide product vision and direction for key product capabilities, working closely with partners to understand business and customer needs to deliver revenue-generating, best-in-class user experiences. Manage a robust backlog and the product roadmap with project management and various global teams, prioritizing and assigning features to releases to meet objectives. Act as the primary liaison between commercial owners, user experience partners, and the technical team; participate in discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and iteration of new products. Represent Consumer Technology to commercial partners, communicating information to leadership for decisions on functionality and ensuring alignment on goals. Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers to define detailed requirements and deliver high-quality products. Define and monitor key performance indicators to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Ensure end users have training and documentation required to manage new features. Develop knowledge of Ralph Lauren's customer and business while staying aware of competitive products and industry trends to inform product direction. Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Prior experience in product management or as a business analyst with success translating business strategy into digital products. Data-driven decision-making with experience analyzing customer and business results to prioritize impactful tactics. Documentation skills, understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), analytics tools, and related technologies. Experience with e-commerce and order management platforms with a focus on customer experience. Strong project management skills in an agile environment; ability to manage multiple large projects. Excellent communication and writing skills; able to present to partners. Comfortable in a matrixed, iterative development environment with collaboration and advocacy.
