Were seeking a detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager
to bring our marketing strategies to life. Working closely with our Marketing Strategist, this person will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and streaming TV platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-driven, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to translate strategies into actionable digital campaigns. Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and streaming TV platforms. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, audiences, and creative as needed. Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting to maximize ROI. Generate reports with clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams. Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices. Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient use of client ad spend. Work with creative teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and videos align with campaign goals. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing paid media campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and streaming/OTT ad platforms. Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics tools. Demonstrated success driving ROI and meeting KPIs across digital campaigns. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
