What You'll Do As A Store Manager: You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Lead the store to success; provide leadership and direction to the team to meet business objectives. Training & Onboarding
Training We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program. Ethics & Work Environment
Associate Expectations Uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics in order to comply with all Company Policies. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates in an open-kitchen environment where you regularly encounter individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA & Work Environment
ADA Statement Work areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted; employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management are required. About Panda
