The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for
leading multiple projects and mentoring the Atlanta team . You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while helping strengthen the regional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale multifamily projects through all phases.
Provide mentorship to PMs, PEs, and support staff.
Maintain strong client, architect, and subcontractor relationships.
Drive profitability, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
Partner with regional VP and HQ estimating team to position future work.
Candidate Profile
7+ years of PM experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Open to relocation.
Willingness to travel 2–4x/month to Carolinas.
Annual Bonus
Vehicle Allowance:
$125–150/week
Cell Allowance:
$80/month + $225 device reimbursement every 2 years
15 days PTO + holidays
401(k):
40% match up to 8%
