Multifamily Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of a multifamily construction project from one of our regional offices in Silver Spring, MD or Ashburn, VA. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality residential communities. Key responsibilities include: Leading all stages of multifamily projects valued between $60M and $200M, from preconstruction through closeout Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor partnerships, and client communications Collaborating closely with field leadership, including Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, to oversee site operations Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards Driving project performance by proactively addressing challenges to maintain timelines and profitability Focusing on one high-impact project at a time for maximum effectiveness Project types include multifamily, student housing, and senior living, with construction methods spanning wood frame, concrete, and steel. The Multifamily Project Manager - Silver Spring, MD will have: 6-8 years of construction experience, ideally focused on multifamily or commercial projects Demonstrated ability to independently manage multifamily or commercial construction projects Solid experience with wood-frame and/or concrete construction methods Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities Proficient in construction management software and project documentation Willingness and ability to work from the Silver Spring or Ashburn office, with travel to local job sites as required The Multifamily Project Manager - Silver Spring, MD will receive: Base salary range of $105,000 to $155,000 Annual bonus opportunity between 10% and 15% Car allowance provided, based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Education assistance for continuing degree programs Company-issued technology including laptop, tablet, and phone Robust training program coupled with a clearly defined career path
