As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions, and collaborating with technical teams. Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops during explore, configuration, and unit testing phases; document functional specifications for design gaps; assist the client in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP. Collaborate across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, and IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2-4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 40-60% of the time. Preferred/Ideal

Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience. SAP Certification(s). Experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full cycle SAP Asset Management implementation. Experience with additional licensed SAP products such as 3rd party planning and scheduling tools, 3rd party MRO master data governance tools, SAP service and asset management (mobility), SAP field service management, SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners, SAP business network asset collaboration, SAP asset performance management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP work clearance management, SAP geographical enablement framework, SAP environmental health & safety.
