Atlassian is looking for a

Campaign Manager, Government

to help drive end-to-end campaigns and increase full funnel demand for our Atlassian Government Cloud product. Working closely with demand generation and product marketing managers, your role will be to plan and execute the demand generation strategy to engage prospects and drive cloud opportunities within the public sector. If you get excited about building and launching new products by partnering with teams across Atlassian, you'll love it here. Develop targeted audience segmentation to deliver more relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion. Partner closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketers to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, content syndication, and event follow-up. Understand Atlassian's products and customer journeys related to Atlassian Government Cloud and other solutions. Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels through testing and experimentation. Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership. Leverage marketing automation tools and related technology integrations to increase demand. Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, and other internal customers to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources along the buyer journey. Report insights into campaign performance and customer journey progress. On Your First Day, We'll Expect You Have

4+ years of experience in demand generation across B2B. Extensive experience implementing marketing programs and processes. Strong program management and communication skills with cross-team collaboration. Passion for metrics and using data to guide programs and budget. Attention to detail and ability to keep projects on track. Expertise across email marketing and paid channels. Understanding of customer marketing and complex buyer journeys. Fluency with marketing automation and CRM capabilities is a plus. Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Public sector marketing experience is a bonus. Compensation

Base pay within geographic zones varies by location. Zone A: $105,800 - $141,000; Zone B: $95,200 - $126,900; Zone C: $87,800 - $117,000.
