The Client is requires the services of 3 Developer/Programmer Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Education Agency and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Education Agency will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s). Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment. Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases. Develop scalable and high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless database integration using Oracle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the DevOps team, to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the existing legacy project, ensuring alignment with business goals. Skills And Qualifications: A seasoned Software Development Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), demonstrating expertise in: Microsoft Technologies & Database Systems Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio, with a strong grasp of modern design principles. Advanced knowledge of Oracle database management, including PL/SQL development, stored procedure optimization, and performance tuning for complex systems. Advanced proficiency in SAS programming. Agile & DevOps Practices Skilled in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery. Experienced in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and automation strategies. Version Control & Data Engineering Proficient in Bitbucket for version control. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. Problem Solving & Collaboration Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues in complex environments. Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
