Senior Network Engineer - Advanced Technical Assistance Center (ATAC) Requirements

Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS UDM HSS HLR PCF). Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows. Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow OneConsole OneData CyberArk NetScout etc). Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment. Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware / IDRAC. Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes. Skillset Matrix Manager Notes Technology Requirements (I.E Programs systems etc). Scripting: Python Ansible Bash Business Intelligence Unix / Linux CLI Load Balancers (basic) Routers (basic) Database (basic) What does a typical day look like (daily tasks) Reviewing CMDB update data review issues / tickets / emails update systems as needed. Attend meetings w / vendor and design counterparts. Preferred background / prior work experience 3 years operational support in technical environment. Priority soft skills Written and spoken communication self-starter / initiative and ability to work with others. Key Skills
