Requirements
Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF). Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows. Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc. Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment. Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware / IDRAC. Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities through configuration and software changes.
Preferred background / prior work experience
3+ years of operational support in a technical environment.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks)
Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues / tickets / emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings with vendor and design counterparts. Priority soft skills: Written and spoken communication, self-starter / initiative, and ability to work with others. Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a clients business needs and requirements.
